Minimum Wage

Fair Workweek Law Updates
Many cities and states have existing Fair Workweek laws, such as NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Oregon.
On September 30, 2023, the City of Evanston Fair Workweek Ordinance takes effect. Employers in the following industry are covered: Building Services, Health Care, Hospitality/Hotels, Manufacturing, Food Service & Restaurants, Retail, and Warehouse Services.
