He focuses on helping CIOs across Legion’s customer and prospect base better understand workforce management capabilities, and supports the development of tailored adoption strategies that address each organization’s unique workforce challenges and broader digital transformation goals.
Nabil Malouli is a recognised leader in the logistics and distribution centers industry. He's the SVP of Global E-commerce and Returns at DHL. He brings deep insight into scalable e-commerce solutions, automation, and customer-centric supply chains—ideal for Legion customers navigating logistics transformation.
Narinder Dhaliwal is the current Global VP of Distribution and Logistics at Airlife, a global leader in consumable breathing products. With deep expertise in operational strategy, continuous improvement, and large-scale distribution, Narinder brings a wealth of knowledge in supply chain optimisation. Her experience driving excellence across complex logistics networks makes him a valuable resource for organisations looking to enhance operational efficiency.
HR Technology
Chris McClain is a seasoned HR tech executive with extensive experience helping organisations drive transformation through innovative workforce technology. With leadership roles at SAP, DocuSign, and Ridgeline, he has a strong track record of aligning HR solutions with business strategy. Chris advises companies on scaling operations, modernising workforce management, and enabling growth through next-generation HR platforms.
EMEA
Mark Simpson began his career with ASDA, a $28B UK grocery retailer, in 1997 and was a member of the Executive Committee from 2020 to 2025. He has extensive experience in retail operations, supply chain, technology, and transformation. After leaving ASDA in July 2025, Mark founded Simpson Retail Advisory, specialising in retail and technology. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, trail running, and spending time in the outdoors. Mark joins Legion as a Strategic Advisor, supporting the team as it scales the business across EMEA.
