Jayashree Varshan is Head of Product at Legion, leading the company’s product strategy and innovation efforts to help shape the future of workforce management. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she brings extensive experience building scalable enterprise platforms and delivering solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Prior to joining Legion, Jayashree spent more than a decade at Workday, where she led a platform team focused on automating and scaling Workday Payroll and enabling integrations with third-party systems around the world. At Legion, she is excited to collaborate with a talented team to build the next generation of workforce management technology that empowers hourly employees and transforms their work experience.

Outside of work, Jayashree enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling.
