Wednesday kicks off with a warm welcome supper, setting the tone for an unforgettable few days of Southern hospitality. It’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces and start building new connections.

Thursday will start with an optional scenic walk through the Stockyards. Then, we'll enjoy a full day of inspiring customer presentations, dynamic networking opportunities, interactive knowledge sharing, and our popular roadmap voting exercise.

We’ll wrap up a little early to make our way to one of Helzberg’s flagship stores for an unforgettable evening of Denim & Diamonds. Experience the Helzberg brand through interactive experiences, behind-the-scenes insights, and meaningful connections with fellow attendees. Dress code: think BBQ chic—denim, cowboy hats, and boots encouraged!

The celebration will then continue in the Fort Worth Stockyards at the Stockman's Club featuring world-class Texas BBQ with all the fixin's, a fully stocked bar with signature cocktails, a DJ, and line dancing.

Friday we'll say farewell with a hearty breakfast and an expanded Birds of a Feather session, wrapping up at 11 a.m.
